Sarchimor will never make the grade, but it is a big, beautiful bean



I have encountered a fair amount of Sarchimor lately, and some are recommending it as a Roya-resistant plant. But the only “good” sarchimor I ever cupped was a natural, which masked the variety flavors. So that’s not saying much. Here is some I encountered in the West Valley, Costa Rica on my current trip through Central America. -Tom
