A little while back our product buyer/coffee roaster, Lily contributed to a great collaborative list of brewing tips. Everyone has different ideas on how coffee should be brewed so it’s nice to see advice from different people in the coffee industry opposed to one “take it or leave it” opinion. Before working at Sweet Maria’s, Lily had logged in many hours behind the coffee bar as a pro barista so she really understands how coffee brews both in theory and practice.
