Place an order recently? Check your package for our latest postcard. If it looks familiar, that’s because it’s an updated version of one we printed a while back. Keep in mind, roast temperatures vary between machines/roasting methods and we even noticed that the temperatures on the card are about 10 degrees higher than what we see when roasting with our Probat L12. Any time you see temperatures listed alongside roast stages, use them only as references and pay more attention to the sights, smells and sounds of your roast.
