We were stationed next to a doughnut maker, wine makers and a chocolatier who were all showing off the methods to their madness. We had a blast just being in the same room with Linden Street Brewery, Pyramid Alehouse, Doughnut Dolly, Barlovento A general flavor or aroma term reminiscent of chocolate. But what type?
