We received bad news regarding Bullets today; an email from Aillio stated that the next shipment of Aillio Bullet R1 roasters has been delayed. There was an issue with a part that requires Aillio to push the upcoming shipment back a few weeks. They have told us that they will likely ship around late November.
Unfortunately, this is the price we are paying for the high quality of the Bullet. The parts of the roaster that contribute to its high efficiency and amazing build quality are sourced individually by Aillio. This means that pre-made parts can’t just be quickly ordered from any factory that produces appliances. They have told us that they are working with two parallel vendors to achieve the quickest turnaround possible.
Thank you so much for your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are really looking forward to getting the next shipment into our warehouse so we can send one to you.
