We are doing a bit of Spring cleaning around our Oakland warehouse, and we have dusted off a few uncommon Bullet parts from our shelves that need new homes.
We have offered a selection of replacement Aillio Bullet parts on our site for some time now (including an extended list of specialized parts here).
But over the years, we have also accumulated a handful of not-so-common parts that aren’t highly sought after, especially since new iterations of the Bullet roaster have hit the market with updated hardware.
Our hope is that there are some folks out there who could really use one or more of these parts, so we’ve put together a small list to share what we have on hand.

We realize that some of these parts may be difficult to identify by the name and ID number alone, so we’ve put together some reference materials below to help with that. If you still have questions, email us and we’ll do our best to answer any questions you may have.
A0029: PTFE Washer – $1
This one’s simple enough. It’s the washer that sits between the door handle and the bean door frame. Made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), which makes it resistant to high temperatures.
A0050: Tryer Main – $9
Metal spoon portion of the tryer. Comes with connecting screw. Wooden handle is not included.

These are the metal rods that help support the metal housing of the chaff collector. If you need one of these, chances are you’ll need the screws as well (A0060, see below). Sold individually.
A0060: Chaff Collector Custom Screw – $2
Metal screw caps that attach to the Chaff Collector Spacers (A0059) on the inside panel of the chaff collector. Sold individually.
A0068: Back Cover Left Version A – $11
This is the rear cover that surrounds the squirrel cage and the space behind it (where the back PCB, exhaust fan motor, and drum motor are all mounted). Version A is the original design manufactured for R1 and R1 v2 units with serial numbers ranging from 0001 through 7824.
A0072: Cooling Box – $19
This is just the basin for the standard cooling box. Doesn’t come with the cooling box cover or any other parts/pieces that come with the full assembly.
A0088: Cooling Box Cover – $3
Lid to the Cooling Box (A0072) that rests near the back overtop the cooling fan.
A0101: Exhaust Air Pipe – $8 – SOLD
This is the exhaust pipe that runs along the top inner edge of the Bullet, just above the roasting drum. The pipe runs from the front of the roaster (where it connects to the bean chute) to the back of the roaster (where it meets with the hole in the chaff collector).
A0105-1: V1 Exhaust Fan Motor – $8
These motors are for the original R1 v1 models, and they are located at the back of the roaster behind the squirrel cage (Need an R1 v2 motor? Check here!). As the name implies, this is the motor that spins the exhaust impeller fan.
A0111: Door Glass – $5
Glass insert for the bean door. These are prone to dislodging from the metal frame over time as the sealant wears down. All it takes is another application of high heat-resistant sealant and you’re good to go with your original glass, but we’ve got some on hand if you want them! Need the frame as well? We sell them both as a set here.
A0125-1: V1 Main Cable A – $8
Cable “A” connects the control board to the induction module. It’s important to note that this cable is compatible with R1 v1 roasters only. An updated cable specifically for the R1 v2 can be found/purchased here.
A0126-1: V1 Main Cable B – $8
Cable “B” connects the back PCB to the induction module. This cable is compatible with R1 v1 roasters only. An updated cable specifically for the R1 v2 can be found/purchased here.
A0246: Squirrel Cage Assembly Version A – $108
This is the metal frame that houses the exhaust impeller fan. Version “A” is the original design (S/N 0001 – 7824) which matches with chaff collectors of the same version.
A0246-1: Squirrel Cage Assembly Version B – $108
This is the metal frame that houses the exhaust impeller fan. Version “B” is an updated design (S/N 7825 and up) which matches with chaff collectors of the same version. It’s compatible with R2 and R2 Pro models as well.
