Join us for a fun and informative coffee roasting
The application of heat to green coffee seeds (beans) to create palatable material for brewing a great cup!: Coffee roasting is a chemical process induced by heat, by which aromatics, acids, and other flavor components demo at this year’s Eat Real Festival. If you are going to be in or around the SF Bay Area on Sat, Sept. 23rd, we would love to share some coffee roasting knowledge with you. We look forward to showing you how easy it is to roast coffee in just a few minutes with just a hot air popcorn popper and a few household items. We’ll be at the Broadway stage at 3:30. Arrive early, stay late and bring an appetite. Eat Real is a street food festival and block party that you will want to set aside some time (and appetite) for.
