Coffee Tasting: How Does Processing Influence Flavor?

How your coffee is processed has a huge influence on how it tastes. There are many techniques that farmers, processing stations and co-ops use to remove seeds from coffee cherries and prepare it for shipping. Sign up and come down to our Oakland warehouse on 10/25.
