Join us on May 24th and we will show you the basics of pulling a good shot, examine the mythical “espresso roast level” and over-extraction vs. under-extraction. We’ll also talk about the differences between Single Origin refers to coffee from one location, in contrast to blended coffee. This term is particularly useful in discussing espresso, since most commercial espressos are made from blends. This is what the term "SO vs. blends, milk temperature and milk texture.
