Home Roaster is possible – what we see often is that folks who have used their Behmor for a while start to lose this ability – so this video has a couple of tips on how to treat the Behmor and keep it roasting a full pound longer – if that is what you are interested in.
One important tip not in this video though … preheat your roaster! Run the behmor without the drum in it on P5 for 5 minutes. Then, with great caution for the hot surfaces (wear thermal gloves), load the drum and start your roast as directed in the video.
