We’re always happy to see our Coffee Shrub customers get propers for all the work they put into roasting and Trystero Coffee in Los Angeles has a great writeup in the LA Times today. Greg Thomas started roasting coffee almost a decade ago, roasting beans from Sweet Maria’s in a cast iron pot. He has since upgraded to a Diedrich IR-1 and now roasts and serves coffee from his garage in Atwater Village. It looks like a great spot!
