Honey

In coffee, honey-like sweetness is often found, but we use terms such as refined honey (highly filtered and processed) as opposed to raw honey rustic honey sweetness. This form of sweetness is largely a dynamic of roast levels and roast profiles as well.

Honey (or its Spanish translation “Miel”) can also refer to a type of processing, which used to be called pulp natural coffee (in places like Brazil). See Honey Process
