Nicaragua Acopio Suyatal is a solid coffee with green nut and unrefined sugars.

Guatemala Huehuetenango – Finca Rosma, with brooding sweetness and a boquet of dark fruits.

Sumatra Lintong – Opung BR. Expect lots of developed sugar flavors, chocolate raisin, and smoky chipotle/chocolate.
