Baratza grinders are normally bulletproof and usually last for years without any issues. On the rare occasion one does run into issues with the burr set or hopper slipping out of place, ordering the plastic burr holder and changing it yourself is pretty simple. You just need a few minutes, a little patience and a screwdriver.
