Since I wrote this there have been many updates. We are currently (as I edit this October 2020) just firing up RoasTime 3.0 !

Just wanted to make a quick video after a few roasts to report on the software stability (good!) and the UI, which is very efficient and attractive! It’s a huge improvement over the Mac Beta version and, in my opinion, more appealing than the PC version I was running previously. And, uh, the word I failed to find was “a-d-a-p-t-e-r”.
