Kenya Kiambu Fram Farm Peaberry – Raw honey and brown sugar sweetness gives way to notes of mandarin orange, kumquat, dried citrus peel, and more. Medium roasting brings out an accent of black currant jam. Limited supply – 1 pound bags only.

Ethiopia Gr. 1 Guji Uraga Tabe – Strong floral elements of star jasmine, lilac, a fruited floral note of Meyer lemon, and spiced gingerbread sweetness. Lemon-like brightness adds high-toned piquant character.

Kenya Kirinyaga Kianguti AB – City roasts have a peach and brown sugar flavor compound that’s like pie filling or stone fruit jam, with a mouth-refreshing orange-lemon accent note, and a tannic finish that hints at Assam tea.

Yemen Mokha Matari – Leather, tobacco, savory herbs, chicory root, and more, with glimpses of dried mango and overripe apple, and an interesting tamarind note. Full City has dark grape intertwined with high % cacao bar. Incredibly complex. Best with rest. Limited Supply – 1, 2 and 5 pound bags only.
