Another Ingenious Coffee Roaster Designed by Larry Cotton
Sweet Maria’s customer, Larry Cotton occasionally sends us detailed videos that show off his elaborate roaster builds. As usual, this one is amazing.
It’s based around a DIY heat gun/flour sifter design with a lot of Larry’s ingenious design features like an offset agitation disk, neodymium magnets that hold the roasting chamber onto the heating element.
The magnets also conduct electricity to the motor that moves the disk.
