Coffee Research

The study of the agronomy of coffee, its chemistry, or other improvements: The study of the agronomy of coffee, its chemistry, or other improvements. There are coffee research organizations throughout the world. In Central America, there are CATIE, IHCAFE and PROCAFE. In Colombia, there is CENICAFE run as part of the FNC. There is now a coordinating organization called World Coffee Research that tries to coordinate and prioritize objectives for coffee science projects.
