Lelit Mara X

Among the heat-exchanger (HX) machines out there, we think the feature that sets the MaraX apart is its unique temperature controls. The controls: 8 buttons and a screen that allow for a ton of customizable features. You can adjust brewing parameters such as brew temperature and altitude compensation (the altitude at which you brew your coffee… it doesn’t fly). It has an auto timer, and when you find settings that you like the Brazen saves them to use for later. The pre-soak function allows a small amount of hot water into the brew basket to pre-wet the coffee grounds. It comes with a gold mesh filter basket and can also be used with paper filters. We’re always a little skeptical of the latest whiz-bang coffee technology, but Fellow’s Aiden really lives up to the hype and brings some great new features to the home coffee brewer market. There’s a lot to say about this machine, so let’s just summarize some of the features that we appreciate the most: interchangeable brew baskets, LCD control panel, variable/advanced temperature control, and the ability to create or download brew profiles. Chemex
Chemex brewers are so simple, minimal and elegant.
The standard brewer is basically a one-piece glass hourglass shaped form with a wood collar handle and leather tie, while the GH alternatives skip the collar in favor of a glass handle instead. When brewing with one, you gain full control over infusion time based upon the fineness of your grind and pouring technique. We currently carry them in different sizes too.
Kalita Wave

The Glass Kalita Wave is easy to use, easy to clean, and sure looks nice. The glass exterior lets you view the brewing process and it makes a really good cup of coffee. It also has three holes giving you great extraction rates.
Origami
The Origami coffee dripper is made in Japan and is is great for making 1-4 cups of coffee. Both Hario V60 type conical filters and flat bottom Kalita wave type filters will work with it.
Hario V60
The Hario V60 is a classic brewer and can usually be spotted in the wild at your local fancy cafe. The gaping hole at the bottom allows brewed coffee to exit faster than brewers with a small hole, which means you need slower, more careful pour. With a little practice, you will figure out the correct pour pace and appreciate the control you can achieve with a V60.
The Plastic Hario V60 comes in Clear or Red. It’s priced super reasonably and won’t break if you accidentally knock it off of your counter.
The Ceramic Hario V60 is a great option for folks who like to steer clear from using plastic in their brewing set up.
Bonmac Dripper
This Bonmac Filtercone is a simple, no-fuss dripper that is well-made. The single-hole design reduces the margin for inconsistency between brews since the brewed coffee drains slowly. Encore ESP Pro – A great dual-purpose grinder that works equally well grinding for espresso, pour over, Chemex, batch brew, and more! If you need a relatively affordable grinder that can do it all, we think this a great choice.
Virtuoso+ – What a great all-around mill and a good choice for espresso too! The Virtuoso+ commercial grade 40 mm conical burr set, grinds very fast and the timer knob allows for repeatable dosing.
Sette 30 AP – The Sette brings innovative changes to the table. It features 30 steps of grind adjustment, a unique burr set and a direct pathway from burr to receptacle that retains almost no grounds after dosing. Sette 30 is a great entry-level espresso grinder at a really competitive price.

Cordless Electric Grinder
This machine combines the portability and size of a hand grinder with the convenience of an electric countertop mill. It features a conical stainless steel burr set, slow rotation (like a hand grinder), and cordless electric rechargeable power. That’s right- Cordless! Perfect for a kitchen where counter space is limited, as this grinder can go in a drawer with most of your other coffee supplies. The Easy Adjust Hand Grinder is a great, moderately-priced hand grinder that comes in two colors: Silver and Black. As the name implies, it makes changing grind settings simple with the external adjustment ring which is accessible right on the shaft of the grinder. No need to go searching for a means to adjust your grind in the grounds chamber! We also appreciate the all-metal construction, the quality stainless steel burrs, and the knurled texture on the exterior of the grinder which makes it easy to grip. What else can we say? For a manual mill, it just makes grinding coffee really easy!
Hario Skerton Pro
The Hario Skerton Pro has a burr stabilizer plate, ceramic burrs and a sturdy construction. The grind quality is really good and the mill grinds efficiently and fairly quick. Like any human-powered mill it takes some elbow grease to crank out a grind, but the workout is worth it!
