We’re always a little skeptical of the latest whiz-bang coffee technology, but Fellow’s Aiden really lives up to the hype and brings some great new features to the home coffee brewer market. There’s a lot to say about this machine, so let’s just summarize some of the features that we appreciate the most: interchangeable brew baskets, LCD control panel, variable/advanced temperature control, and the ability to create or download brew profiles. Chemex
Chemex brewers are so simple, minimal and elegant. The standard brewer is basically a one-piece glass hourglass shaped form with a wood collar handle and leather tie, while the GH alternatives skip the collar in favor of a glass handle instead. When brewing with one, you gain full control over infusion time based upon the fineness of your grind and pouring technique. We currently carry them in different sizes too.

The Glass Kalita Wave is easy to use, easy to clean, and sure looks nice. The glass exterior lets you view the brewing process and it makes a really good cup of coffee. It also has three holes giving you great extraction rates.
Origami
The Origami coffee dripper is made in Japan and is is great for making 1-4 cups of coffee. Both Hario V60 type conical filters and flat bottom Kalita wave type filters will work with it. Add a collar in acacia wood or clear resin to the dripper for more brewing fun.
Hario V60
The Hario V60 is a classic brewer and can usually be spotted in the wild at your local fancy cafe. The gaping hole at the bottom allows brewed coffee to exit faster than brewers with a small hole, which means you need slower, more careful pour. With a little practice, you will figure out the correct pour pace and appreciate the control you can achieve with a V60.
Basic Pour Over Brewing Set
This Basic Pour Over Brewing Set makes some really fantastic coffee, and it comes with almost everything you need to start brewing! You’ll just want to pick up some Hario #2 filters, as those pair best with the dripper. We find that the ridges on the inside wall of the deripper and the slight wave contours really help prevent stalling, so you can grind a bit finer and really push the extraction with this brewer, which we appreciate. The included beehive style glass carafe matches the brewing cone nicely. The bamboo collar connects snugly to the brewing cone via a silicone gasket, and the collar is removable which makes cleaning the brewing cone a breeze.
Bonmac Dripper
This Bonmac Filtercone is a simple, no-fuss dripper that is well-made. The single-hole design reduces the margin for inconsistency between brews since the brewed coffee drains slowly. It makes for a really great cup of coffee, and one that we feel can easily stand up to the fancier drippers on this list! Use with Melitta #2 Filters.

French Press, the OG (original gadget)! This brewer allows the user full control over their brew time, and thus the brew’s extraction. You can expect a little more bodyAssociated with and sensed by mouthfeel, body is sense of weight and thickness of the brew, caused by the percentage of soluble solids in the cup, including all... and a bit of sediment at the bottom of your cup, but to many this makes for a uniquely pleasant cup of coffee.

No matter which AeroPress you choose, you’re in for a unique method of brewing coffee. Sette 30 AP – The Sette brings innovative changes to the table. It features 30 steps of grind adjustment, a unique burr set and a direct pathway from burr to receptacle that retains almost no grounds after dosing. Sette 30 is a great entry-level espresso grinder at a really competitive price.
Fellow Opus
Fellow’s products are known for being high quality and having an aesthetic design, both being attributes that make your morning coffee routine that much better. The Opus is no different! It’s a conical burr mill designed to meet a full range of requirements to produce espresso, pour-over dripA manual drip brewing method involving hot water, a filter of some kind. : New attention is being given to pour-over drip brewing, but the terminology is definitely..., press pot, and any other brewing requirements you have. We love the look despite it being made of more plastic parts than other products from Fellow. Ultimately, it seems the goal was to make a relatively economical grinder that could produce espresso quality grinds, and we think this goal was achieved.
Capresso
We like the Capresso Infinity Plus for its ability to provide surprisingly uniform particle size at each grind setting. We’re also happy with the simple construction that makes it easy to take the hopper off and clean the burrs when necessary. Cordless Electric Grinder
This machine combines the portability and size of a hand grinder with the convenience of an electric countertop mill. It features a conical stainless steel burr set, slow rotation (like a hand grinder), and cordless electric rechargeable power. That’s right- Cordless! Perfect for a kitchen where counter space is limited, as this grinder can go in a drawer with most of your other coffee supplies. Manual Grinders
Easy Adjust Hand Grinder with SS Burrs
The Easy Adjust Hand Grinder is a great, moderately-priced hand grinder that comes in two colors: Silver and Black. As the name implies, it makes changing grind settings simple with the external adjustment ring which is accessible right on the shaft of the grinder. No need to go searching for a means to adjust your grind in the grounds chamber! We also appreciate the all-metal construction, the quality stainless steel burrs, and the knurled texture on the exterior of the grinder which makes it easy to grip. What else can we say? For a manual mill, it just makes grinding coffee really easy!
Hario
The Hario Skerton Pro has a burr stabilizer plate, ceramic burrs and a sturdy construction. The grind quality is really good and the mill grinds efficiently and fairly quick. Like any human-powered mill it takes some elbow grease to crank out a grind, but the workout is worth it!
